Notifications

If you want to make sure you don't miss anything in Giving, you can enable notifications in your profile. You'll receive an email and a bell notification when any of the selected information changes.

From your Giving profile, select the  User Profile  tab and check the boxes next to the information about which you want to receive an email and bell notification.

Important

Only Giving administrators can enable or update notifications for bookkeepers. If you are a bookkeeper and want your notifications adjusted, contact your account's Giving administrators for assistance.

  1. New recurring donations: At the time a donor sets it up, if it fails to process successfully, and if the donor stops the recurrence.

  2. A batch has been committed.

  3. A profile with donation history has been deleted in People.

  4. A one-time donation over an amount of your choosing has been received.
