We've fixed an issue where the "Fee Covered" stamp wasn't being added to donations where the fee was covered by the donor. There were a couple scenarios where this happened, but the big one was related to recurring donations.
This fix prevents the issue for future donations, but we've also corrected past donations which were missing the stamp.
