Use notes to track helpful information about donors, batches, and donations. Notes are only accessible for Giving Admins and will not be visible to donors, which means they will not be included on Statements.
If a note has been added, you'll see the red dot next to notes on a profile, batch, or donation. Select the button to view the note or add a new note.
Enter a note for the donor, donation, or batch to provide additional information for other Administrators.
Once the note is no longer needed, select Delete to remove it.
